Known as the traditional home of the Kikuyu tribe, Murang’a’s high altitudes (1,350 to 1,800 masl) and vibrant red, loamy soil produce exceptionally juicy and flavorful coffees.</p> <p data-end="679" data-start="385">Nguvu is the result of collaboration among four cooperatives and mills: Ruthaka Kamuchuni, Ruthaka Mukui, Mwirua Riakiania, and Mwirua Kiambwe. These small co-ops are known for producing some of Kenya’s highest-quality coffees, often auctioned as separate lots at the Nairobi Coffee Exchange.</p> <p data-end="980" data-start="681">Graded as AA — Kenya’s top classification — Nguvu represents the best of the best, offering minimal defects while maintaining outstanding cup quality.
