Espresso of Interest ("the Service") is a coffee tracking platform operated by LogoLess Labs ("we", "us", "our"). The Service includes a mobile/web application for logging espresso shots, tracking beans, and recording cafe visits, as well as a public content website featuring coffee bean directories, roaster profiles, and community insights.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
When you use the Service, you create data including shot logs, bean ratings, tasting notes, cafe visits, and equipment records. This data belongs to you and you can export or delete it at any time by contacting us.
Aggregated & anonymised data. We use your data in anonymised, aggregated form to power features across the platform. This means:
We will never publish your individual shots, ratings, or personal data on the public site. Aggregates are only shown when at least 5 data points exist, preventing identification of any individual user.
By submitting data to the Service (shots, ratings, tasting notes, cafe visits), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use that data in anonymised and aggregated form for the purposes described in Section 3. You retain ownership of your individual data and can request its deletion at any time.
Don't use the Service to submit false or misleading data, spam, or content that infringes on others' rights. Don't attempt to access other users' accounts or data. Don't scrape or bulk-extract data from the Service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
The Service uses AI analysis (via third-party AI providers) to help you improve your espresso. When you request an analysis, your shot data is sent to the AI provider for processing. We do not send your personal information (name, email) to AI providers.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any loss of data, though we take reasonable precautions to protect it.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (currently $0 as the Service is free).
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
