A scientist, coffee producer, party animal, visionary, and ecologist. It's impossible to accurately describe him - there aren't enough words. He's a wild man – and we think he's awesome! In addition to his two farms in Panama, Graciano also operates in El Salvador and has worked on projects in other coffee producing regions such as Ethiopia, Peru, Taiwan, and Brazil. Amongst all the globe-trotting and extracurricular activities, Graciano also finds time to be one of the best coffee producers in Panama, most recently, he placed 6th in the prestigious Best of Panama competition. </div> <div class="OutlineElement Ltr SCXW84087679 BCX0"> The highest sections of Los Lajones sit at a staggering 2,100 meters above sea level, and it’s on these upper sections that Graciano's Geisha grows amongst the wild native cloudy rainforest – this coffee is from a section known as Bambu. </div> <div class="OutlineElement Ltr SCXW84087679 BCX0"> For most of his career, Graciano has focused exclusively on honey and natural processed coffees – and while recently, he’s started to experiment with washed processed coffees (they’re killer, by-the-way), we’re keeping it traditional. This Naturally processed Geisha is big and loud, yet still elegant and refined. A contradiction fitting such a unique character. </div> How to Drink: Just like you wouldn't add soda to your best whiskey, this amazing coffee is meant to be drank black with no sugar or cream. <div> </div>
