Back then, he grew traditional </span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW130129396 BCX0">varieties,</span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW130129396 BCX0"> and only processed coffees used the </span><span class="NormalTextRun ContextualSpellingAndGrammarErrorV2Themed SCXW130129396 BCX0">washed</span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW130129396 BCX0"> method. In 2016 the Fernandez family and Proud Mary conducted a little experiment to see what would happen.
