Fast </span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW89233616 BCX9" data-mce-fragment="1">forward</span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW89233616 BCX9" data-mce-fragment="1"> a decade, and now Javier has become a leader in the region for experimentation and quality. </span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW89233616 BCX9" data-mce-fragment="1">Through his hard work and success, Javier was able to </span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW89233616 BCX9" data-mce-fragment="1">purchase</span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW89233616 BCX9" data-mce-fragment="1"> another small farm, separate from the family’s main farm, Don Andres. </span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW89233616 BCX9" data-mce-fragment="1">This lot</span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW89233616 BCX9" data-mce-fragment="1"> is from that small farm</span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW89233616 BCX9" data-mce-fragment="1">, Los Tanques</span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW89233616 BCX9" data-mce-fragment="1">. Named for the large concrete water tanks built into the hillside, Los Tanques has some of the most mesmerizing views of Lake </span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW89233616 BCX9" data-mce-fragment="1">Yojoa</span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW89233616 BCX9" data-mce-fragment="1">.</span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW89233616 BCX9" data-mce-fragment="1"> </span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW89233616 BCX9" data-mce-fragment="1">This coffee leapt off the cupping table during our last visit, p</span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW89233616 BCX9" data-mce-fragment="1">rocessed via the traditional washed method, this </span><span class="NormalTextRun SpellingErrorV2Themed SCXW89233616 BCX9" data-mce-fragment="1">Catuai</span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW89233616 BCX9" data-mce-fragment="1"> is juicy and vibrant, with lots of </span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW89233616 BCX9" data-mce-fragment="1">delicate</span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW89233616 BCX9" data-mce-fragment="1"> fruit notes, </span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW89233616 BCX9" data-mce-fragment="1">and is </span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW89233616 BCX9" data-mce-fragment="1">reminiscent of the first time we tasted Javier’s coffee all those years ago. </span></span></p>
