The next release in our Wu inspired coffee labelz. U-god is a classic Ethiopian coffee, grown in backyards by families and compiled together at the local mill. The Uraga farmers have farms ranging in elevation from 2250 - 2300 metres above sea level. Each farmer will pick ripe cherries and deliver them to the washing station where they are paid a market rate per kg of cherry. The washing station will then select coffee to be washed or natural. The coffee selected to be naturally processed is laid out on raised beds to dry. The coffee is turned regularly until it hits the desired level. As in a lot of Guji coffee it has hints of banana, mixed berries and a sweet lemon acidity on the finish. This coffee was imported by cafe imports. You, dudes, is wack, face it, the Wu is back #commonfolkisforever

DEEP DIVE +

PRODUCER : Uraga Washing Station

CROP YEAR : 2021

COUNTRY : Ethiopia

REGION : Uraga, Guji

ELEVATION : 2250 - 2300 MASL

VARIETAL : Heirloom

PROCESSING : NATURAL

IMPORTER/PARTNER : Cafe Imports

GEO TAG DOWNLOAD PDF

ESPRESSO RECIPE +

ESPRESSO MACHINE
This is just a starting place.
