We purchased our first coffees from Sey last year and, once we'd tasted them, knew that we'd be doing the same this year. Sey Coffee are known for their incredible green buying and they haven't let their reputation down at all.

Last year we purchased a Chiroso from Sey that was out of this world, it's sweetness and structure made for the best drinking coffee we'd potentially ever had. Chiroso is a varietal almost exclusively grown around the Urrao region in Colombia and Sey Coffee has been a large contributor to it's introduction to the rest of the world.

This lot has much of the character we've come to expect from the varietal, tonnes of sweetness and a beautiful tea like flavour that leads to excellent complexity. It's a very balanced coffee that you can easily finish a cup of. Probably the kind of thing you'll find us sipping during a roast day.
