The aim was to always Roll With It, and produce coffee to the highest of standards. In the early 90s Sao Silvestre, a Wonderwall of a farm, was purchased, with its volcanic soil, relatively low altitudes and mild weather. It’s safe to say they Didn’t Look Back In Anger. Hey Now! Did you know that Ismeal was a founding member of the Brazil Specialty Coffee Association? They envisioned a better support system for small producers, improving quality and sustainability along the way. Sao Silvestre farm also supports the local hospital with funds and supplies. Some Might Say it’s obvious why we’ve partnered with Minas Hill and their legendary producers. When we cupped this coffee, it was soaring high above the rest of the table, it Cast No Shadow on the others. She’s Electric this coffee, with notes of high class pet nats, ripe green fruits, and white choc texture. Wake on up to this cup of Morning Glory.

DEEP DIVE +

PRODUCER : Ismeal Andrade

CROP YEAR : 2021

COUNTRY : BRAZIL

REGION : Carmo do Paranaíba

ELEVATION : 1100 - 1200 MASL

VARIETAL : Yellow

PROCESSING : AEROBIC NATURAL

IMPORTER/PARTNER : Minas Hill

GEO TAG DOWNLOAD PDF

FILTER RECIPE +

V60 RECIPE
This is just a starting place.
