This Ethiopian lot showcases the incredible cup profile that the Guji region is known for. Big jammy acidity, great cup structure and an enticing floral aroma. Josie Coffee has always had a thing for natural process Ethiopian coffees and this is another example of why.

We bought this coffee through Unravel Merchants who've been doing on the ground work in Ethiopia; creating high quality coffee lots, training producers and supporting local communities.

The Kalimaz project consists of around five hundred farmers who bring their coffee cherries to the Gerba Washing Station for processing. Unravel employs Tariku Getachew, a second generation farmer, to oversee the site and look after the fermentation and drying of all the coffee brought during the harvest period.
