A prime example of exceptional Peruvian specialty coffee, the Elin Villegas has a clean yet complex cup that perfectly blends bright and fruity characteristics with smooth chocolate undertones. Hand picked before being depulped, fully washed and dried on raised beds the cup is lush with red apple, rich blood orange, and indulgent flavours of chocolate fudge.
