Four pours total for this brew. Start with 60g of water and bloom for 30 seconds, add another 60g and bloom again for 30 seconds. Then add 90g of water and let it run for 30 seconds. Add the remaining 90g of water steadily over the next 30 seconds. Aim for a total brew time of 3:00-3:30 minutes.. Brewer: V60. Water: 1000ml
