bean specificTasting good all over the map but some nice sweetness. Feel free to strech out the yeild, but keep the contact time around 27 seconds.. Grind: Add 30g of water and bloom for 30 seconds. Then add another 30g of water and bloom for 30 seconds. Then steadily add the remaining water over the next 30 seconds. Aim for 3 minutes total brew time.. Brewer: V60. Water: 250ml
