However, Jhonatan's vision diverged from his family’s traditional approach. Determined to create a product that was as refined as it was meaningful, he shifted to specialty coffee production, focusing on flavour, sustainability, and craftsmanship.</span></p> <p dir="ltr"><span>His journey into coffee farming wasn’t straightforward. Initially, Jhonatan pursued a career in professional soccer but eventually returned to his agricultural roots. After studying ecological agricultural and livestock production, he applied his newfound knowledge to coffee farming, honing his craft with innovative techniques and a deep understanding of the local ecosystem.</span></p> <p dir="ltr"><span>At Bella Vista farm, nestled at 1549 MASL, Jhonatan cultivates his coffee with the ultimate of care, using the natural process to draw out the unique characteristics of the Huila region.
