It wasn’t until she met her husband, Jhonatan Gasca, a coffee producer, that she began her journey into the world of coffee. Inspired by his passion, Alejandra has embraced specialty coffee with determination and care.</span></p> <p dir="ltr"><meta charset="utf-8"><meta charset="utf-8">The Zarza farm sits at 1540 MASL, where Alejandra and Jhonatan focus on sustainable farming, cultivating a mix of coffee varieties under native shade trees. Their innovative approach includes a meticulous double fermentation process, enhancing the complexity and clarity of their coffee.</p> <p dir="ltr"><meta charset="utf-8"><meta charset="utf-8">Women play an essential role in coffee production, and Alejandra is proud to be part of this movement.
