Bom Jesus was the coffee we fell in love with and so did you. This is probably our most requested coffee to bring back, and we have listened. Originally purchased as the backbone of our Godfather blend, it soon became too clean and sweet and was a shame to hide it away. We are currently buying the little bother of the Bom Jesus, Labareda which is from the same farm but just a different lot. We have been buying this coffee so long that the farm has been passed down to be run by sons Lucas and Gabriel, making them the 6th generation to run the farm. The farm is home to 3,000,000 coffee trees, a mill, cupping lab and roastery onsite. Over 200 employees work at Bom Jesus where daycare is available. We work very closely with our friends at Minas Hill to import this coffee. Bom Jesus is one of the highest quality lots produced at the farm. When coffee is picked and sample is taken and graded before it is allocated to blended lot. The best coffee is reserved for Bom Jesus and the delicious cup profile of chocolate, caramel, honey sweetness and vanilla bean. Welcome back old friend.

DEEP DIVE +

PRODUCER : Flavia & Gabriel Oliveira

CROP YEAR : 2020

COUNTRY : Brazil

REGION : Alta Mogiana

ELEVATION : 1250 MSAL

VARIETAL : Red Mundo Novo

PROCESSING : BRAZIL NATURAL

IMPORTER/PARTNER : Minas Hill

GEO TAG DOWNLOAD PDF

ESPRESSO RECIPE +

ESPRESSO MACHINE
This is just a starting place.
